One location, then six. The conversion that became a regional contract.
We started with a single tired display tank in the Florida Mall location. Within three months the franchise group had asked us to take over five more locations across central Florida. Every restaurant runs on the same freshwater spec — same hardscape pattern, same livestock list, same visit cadence. The franchise gets predictable invoices; we get a route.
Maintenance + Overhaul

The work, in order.
Quick-service restaurants live or die on consistency, and a display tank is either part of that standard or a liability sitting in the dining room. The Florida Mall location had a tank customers had stopped noticing.
We rebuilt it on a freshwater spec designed to be repeatable: a fixed hardscape pattern, a defined livestock list, and a twice-monthly visit cadence that fits between service peaks.
Because the spec is repeatable, the franchise group could roll it out — five more locations inside three months, every one on the same standard and the same predictable invoice.
