A 300-gallon freshwater display under bi-weekly cleaning service.
Most aquariums don't fail from neglect — they fail from irregular attention. A tank cleaned thoroughly every other week stays clear, stable, and cheap to run; the same tank cleaned when someone remembers swings between algae blooms and emergency water changes. Our maintenance accounts run on a fixed calendar: same day of the month, same technician, same checklist, with a written log left behind after every visit. Residential systems are usually served once or twice a month. Commercial displays — lobbies, restaurants, clinics, senior living common areas — run twice a month because they are seen constantly and cannot look off for a week.

From first call to finished tank.
Site visit
We look at the system in person — tank, room, livestock, equipment — and take a baseline reading. Free inside our service area.
Written quote
A fixed per-visit price for your specific tank within 48 hours. No mystery line items, no fuel surcharges.
Reset visit
The first appointment is a deep clean: full water work, equipment service, and any corrections the tank has been waiting on.
On schedule
From there we simply show up on the agreed cadence. You stop thinking about the tank.
What it costs.
Cleaning is quoted per visit and depends on gallons, stocking level, filtration, and access — not on a published table, because a 40-gallon office tank and a 300-gallon atrium display share nothing but water. Send a few photos through the quote form and Greg replies with a written per-visit number, usually within 48 hours.
Common questions.
How often does an aquarium need to be cleaned?
Most freshwater tanks do best on a two-week cycle. Lightly stocked residential tanks can stretch to monthly; heavily stocked or high-visibility commercial displays need service every two weeks to stay presentable.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
No. Most of our residential clients give us access instructions and get a visit log afterward. Commercial accounts are typically serviced during quiet hours.
Do you clean saltwater tanks?
We service freshwater systems only. If you have a saltwater tank that has become expensive or unstable, we convert it to freshwater instead.
What happens if a fish gets sick between visits?
Call or text. Health issues get a same-week response, and treatment is handled inside your regular service relationship rather than billed as an emergency.
Do you supply the fish and plants?
Yes — we source Florida-farmed livestock and aquatic plants, which travel a short distance and settle faster than out-of-state stock.
