New-build homes here give us the chance to get the boring parts right first: cabinet ventilation, an access panel, cord routing, and a nearby water source. The other half of our Pasco work is medical and dental offices along SR-56 and Bruce B. Downs, where tanks need to be sealed, quiet, and serviced outside patient hours. Pasco water is hard, so descaling is part of the equipment rotation from day one.

FAQ

Common questions.

We're building a home. When should we talk to you?

Before cabinetry is finalized. Ventilation and an access panel cost almost nothing to plan and a lot to retrofit.

Do you cover Land O' Lakes and Lutz?

Yes, along with New Tampa on the same north Tampa Bay route.

How hard is the water here?

Hard enough that scale is the main equipment risk. We build descaling into the maintenance rotation rather than waiting for a pump to fail.
